ROHATGI RESIDENCE, HAUZ KHAS, NEW DELHI

The DDA penthouse has been designed in a modern classical design. The project involved re-structuring the space to its original design and adding larger glazing to create more natural light in an otherwise dark existing space.

Overall a compact design of the house 1200 Sq feet area has been expanded with the use of material, color, texture and natural light to create a feeling of a bigger home. Fine detailing and character have been added with modern classical detailing in the design.
